The biggest changes are some shuffling of trims and making the active safety features standard on the top Premier trim. With those big changes, there isn't much new this year. Chevy added available blind spot alerts, rear cross traffic warnings, forward collision alert, and lane departure warnings. It got new styling front and rear, and an updated interior with nicer materials and a new infotainment system that added Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Chevrolet's subcompact Trax crossover was heavily revised for 2017.
